• Jigar is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with more than 16 years of experience. Jigar is a Commerce and Law Graduate.
• Out of his overall experience, Jigar has around 14+ years of experience working with Big4 multinational accounting firms namely Deloitte, EY (Mumbai) and PwC. Over the span of his professional career Jigar has advised various multinational clients (inbound and outbound) as also home-grown promoter driven family businesses on various spheres of tax services namely International Taxation, Transfer Pricing, Mergers & Acquisitions, deals advisory etc. He has also advised various clients under financial services industry in the areas like fund structures, regulatory advisory services etc.
• Authorship: Jigar has authored articles in the “International Taxation” journal published by the Taxmann as also in other various professional journals. He regularly contributes various pre and post budget articles for Business Today, Economic Times etc. Jigar has also co-authored a book published by WIRC of ICAI on the topic of Deemed Dividend, named “Deemed Dividend – A study”.
• Jigar is empaneled evaluator for Start-up India project funding with iCreate (a Government of Gujarat initiative) and a regular speaker at Ahmedabad branch of WIRC of ICAI, International Fiscal Association – Ahmedabad Branch, AMA etc.

• Maitri Shah is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with more than 13 years of experience. She is a Commerce Graduate and Diploma holder in Information Systems Audit (DISA, ICAI)
• Maitri has vast experience in field of Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Company Law, Trust and Other Audits, Financial Advisory, Project Financing, etc. She also has experience in the field of Bank Audits, Special banking Assignments, etc.
